At Slice of Growth, everything from the nutrition plan to the exercise program is customized to our clients’ schedule, lifestyle, and personal preferences. That level of personalization is why we only take a limited number of clients every year.
Our ultimate goal as a coach is to provide you with the foundational tools to help prepare you for the day that you’re on your own.
You’ll get one month of programming, support, and daily/weekly progress reports. Here’s how to get started:
1. Contact us at SliceofGrowth@gmail.com to express interest.
2. From there we will get things rolling with a questionnaire and phone call to understand your training/nutrition history, goals, and time commitment. This will be a thorough assessment so that we can design a program (nutrition, training, or both) specifically designed for you.
3. Depending on what you’re looking for, we’ll provide you with a full month of programming that includes everything that you’re looking for. We’ll walk through the programming together to help answer any questions and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting.
