Meredith Byrd is the Director of Marketing for a fast growing company in the fitness industry and is also a graphic designer. She has a very curious spirit which has offered her many exciting job experiences, each one opening up new learning opportunities. She is a huge fan of using Google as a self-learning tool. Meredith takes great pride in taking the initiative to share information about the importance of leadership and organization in business.
Growing up as the only girl in a family with 3 brothers, Meredith enjoyed a competitive, athletic, yet drama-free environment. As a result, she never lacked in an abundant supply of team t-shirts and sweatshirts. She was always involved in youth sports and was active as a high school student-athlete. For Meredith, the outcome of the games were not as important as the fun of playing. Even now as an adult, she focuses her workouts on being fun and challenging. Meredith is married to her husband, Mark, who is also involved in the fitness industry. Together they have a shared love for their 2 rescue dogs, Jax and Rue.

Mark Byrd is a former high school teacher and coach. He has taken his degree in education, his skills in coaching, and his personal experience as a high school athlete to new opportunities in a growing fitness concept. He is passionate about his shoe collection, is a great snowboarder and will always have a love for basketball. (In addition to his wife, family, dogs, and again……his shoes.)
Part of Mark’s job requires him to create original and leading-edge weekly work-out programs. Each workout can be altered to meet the needs of every participant, regardless of fitness level or age. Mark has a smile and a disposition that makes everyone feel welcome in his presence. One of Mark’s greatest strengths is his ability to get things done with consistency and accuracy, no matter what role he has taken on.
Tyler is a graduate student at Northwood University – DeVos Graduate School. Prior to entering grad school, he was a student-athlete at Northwood University competing in baseball. Tyler graduated with a B.A. in Advertising and Marketing. He is a very serious competitor, but a soft-hearted and self-proclaimed “funny man” away from sports and board games. This competitive attitude came from his upbringing as the youngest of three children in a family very involved in athletics.
A back injury in 2014 brought it to Tyler’s attention that flexibility, mobility, and proper nutrition are all important factors to living a healthy holistic life. Tyler is a nature/adventure junkie, and enjoys taking hiking trips and being active with his beautiful fiancé, Gabrielle. Tyler has a strong desire to share his experiences with others, and to help others grow.
