Tuesday:
Upper Body

A. 4 Rounds:
Remember to stay a few reps shy of failure. If this means you need to decrease weight or adjust difficulty of movements along the way, that’s ok. Try to rest only 1-2 min between sets

Incline DB Bench x 8-10 Reps
DB Snatch (alternate arms) x 8-10 Reps
Dips or Narrow-Grip Tricep Pushups x 8-10 Reps
Bentover Barbell Rows x 10-12 Reps

B. 4 Rounds:
Remember to stay a few reps shy of failure. If this means you need to decrease weight or adjust difficulty of movements along the way, that’s ok. Try to rest only 1-2 min between sets

Hang Power Clean + Push Press (choice DB or BB) x 6-8 reps
Inverted or Ring Rows x 10-12 Reps (elevate feet and/or wear a vest for increased difficulty)
Lying DB Tricep Extensions x 10-12 Reps
Hammer DB Curls x 10-12 Reps

C. Row 10 min @ 75-80% effort
