WOD:
AMRAP 12
50 Double Unders
10/arm Single Arm KB Overhead Walking Lunge(1.5/1)

*can sub DB if need to for scaling reasons

Conditioning WOD:
AMRAP 10
250m Row
12 Burpee
24 Walking Lunge
25 Double Under

rest 5 min
then complete the same amount of work (Rounds +) you did in 10 min AMRAP but this time it’s for time instead of an AMRAP
