A. Work to a heavy squat clean

B. 7 Minute EMOM x3 reps at 90% of weight used in part A

C. 1 & 1/4 Front Squat 4×3

D. RDL 4×6 (1 Rep = 1/2 way up + 1 Full)

E. Goblet Squat 3×8 reps
