  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

B. Pendlay Row 12-10-8-6

then 5 min EMOM 3 reps at 6-rep weight

C. Weighted Pull-up 5-5-3-3-1-1

D. For Time

  • 15 Cal Assualt Bike
  • 15 Bent Over Row
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 15 Cal Assualt Bike

Rest 4 Minutes. Repeat. Rest 4 Minutes. Repeat

E. Blackburn (I, Y, T) 3×8/each with 10-second T-Hold
