E. Superset x3 Sets

  • DB Flies 12-15
  • Barbell Bench Press x8-10

F. Alternating DB Front Raises 30-24-18

G. 6 Sets with 1-minute rest in between rounds

  • 5 Power Cleans
  • 5 Front Squats
  • 5 Push Press
  • 5 Burpee Deadlifts
