  • 10 Cal Row

B. Deadlift (Stop Deadlift + Clean Grip) 12-10-8-6

C. 3 Rounds

10 Front Rack Step-ups

10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges

D. Barbell Glute Bridge 12-10-8-6

E. 4 Rounds (30-60 seconds between movements and 2-3 minutes rest between rounds)

  • 5 Back Squats
  • 5 Power Clean Touch n go
  • 7 Seated Box Jumps
  • 60 Seconds of Burpee DB Squat Clean
