A. Barbell Bench Press 12-10-8-6

B. Incline DB Bench Press – Build quickly to 10 rep weight

then

5 reps every 30 seconds for as long as possible (4 min cap)

C. Decline DB Flies – Find 15 Rep weight

then

6 min EMOM 8-10 reps

D. Standing Barbell Curls – Build quickly to 10 rep weight

then

5 reps every 30 seconds for as long as possible (4 min cap)

E. Incline DB Curls 15-12-10-10

F. Spider Curls 1×10-12 x double drop set
