B. 20 Minutes

  • 10 Cal Assault Bike
  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Cal Assault Bike
  • 10 Ring Rows

C. Core Routine

5 Sets

  • Seated Twist x40
  • Jacknife x20
  • Windshield Wipers x20
  • Standing Side Med Ball Toss x10/side

D. Mobility (20 minutes)
