Clean Pull + Clean + Power Clean + Hang Clean + 2 Push Jerks

C. Work up  to a challenging weight of 4 Strict Press + 6 Push Press

D. Alternating One Arm DB Z-Press 3×10-12/arm

E1. Decline DB Fly 15-12-10

E2. Pause DB Close Grip Bench Press 15-12-10

F. 4 Rounds

  • 4 Back Squats
  • 4 Power Cleans
  • 7 Broad Jumps
  • 60 Second Barbell Strict Press
