A. Warm-up

  • Strict Toes to Bar 5 reps x 3 sets
  • High Box Step Ups 6reps/leg x 3 sets

B. Overhead Squat 33×1 x 5 Sets

C.  “Big Clean Complex”
6 Sets of the Following Complex:
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk

D. 4 Rounds (40 min cap):
Rest 30-60 seconds between each movement
Rest 2-3 minutes between each round
Choose weights that will push your ability to make reps UNBROKEN

5 Back Squats
5 Power Cleans TnG
7 SUPER High Box Jumps (step down)
60 seconds Wall-Balls for Max Reps
