Keto Lattes

Here are two lattes that I enjoy in my mornings that are tasty, healthy, and simple to make. Enjoy!

Dark Chocolate Latte (Featured image)

  • 1-2 square(s) dark chocolate
  • 1 Tbls mct oil
  • 1 Tbls ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbls grass fed butter
  • 1 Tbls shelled hemp hearts
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 k cup
  • Blend 1 minute

 

Rocket Fuel Latte

  • 1 Tbls mct oil
  • 1 Tbls cacao butter
  • 1 Tbls shelled hemp hearts
  • 2-4 drops stevia
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch Himalayan rock salt
  • 1 k cup
  • 1 Tbls Collagen peptides or 1 Tsp gelatin
  • Pinch cinnamon garnish

 

  • Blend first 7 ingredients for 1 minute, last 10 seconds add collagen and garnish with cinnamon.
