A. Warm-Up

3 Rounds

  • 200m Row
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 DB Curls
  • 10 DB Tricep Extensions

B. Every 2 minutes for 18 Minutes

Station 1: Bench Press x6

Station 2: Side Plank + Cable Row x12/side

Station 3: Weighted Pull-ups x6-8

C. Accessory

  • Incline DB Bench Press w/ 5 Second Hold at the bottom 3×5
  • Bosu Ball Leg Lifts 3×12

D. Accessory

  • Cable Flys 3×12
  • Bar Dips 3×10

E. Tabata

  • Push-ups
