  • 10 Bulgarian Split Squats/leg
  • 10 V-ups
  • 10 Bosu Ball Leg Curls
  • 10 Dumbbell Row

B. Strength

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes

  • 5 Back Squats (Increasing Weight)
  • 10 One Arm Row/arm

C. Accessory

3 Rounds

  • Front Rack Lunges x8/leg
  • :15 Front Rack Lunge Hold/side

D. Accessory

4 Sets

Leg Extension x15

Leg Curl x15

E. Accessory

4 Sets

Suitcase Farmers Carry x25feet

Machine Row x10

  1. just started following your workouts…Can I pick up anywhere or is there a certain starting point I should follow.

    For example I am starting my first workout tommorow and using June 3rd.

    1. Hi Raza! The workouts are designed for general fitness and there isn’t any type of strength block going on right now so you can just pick up from anywhere you’d like.
