B. Strength

  • 10 Strict Pull-ups
  • 10 Inverted Rows

C. Strength

Seated Row 5×6-8

Lat Pull-down 5×6-8

D. Strength

5 Sets

  • 10 Inverted Row
  • 10 Cable Curls

E. Core

3 Sets

  • 10 Bosu Ball Plank Rotations/side
  • 10 Bosu Ball V-ups
