A. Warm-Up

3 Rounds

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 band pull aparts
  • 10 goblet squats
  • 10 bosu ball glute bridge

B. Strength

  1. Bench Press 15-12-9-6-3
    1. Superset with 12 dips
  2. Incline Bench Press 8-8-8-8
    1. Superset with Cable Flies x12

C. Mixed Modal Training

3 Rounds (Rest 2 minutes between rounds)

  • DB Power Clean x12
  • Row Max Effort for 3 minutes

Rest 5 Minutes

3 Rounds (Rest 2 minutes between rounds)

  • Back Squat x10
  • Burpees ME for 2 minutes

Rest 5 Minutes

4 Rounds

  • Hand Release Push-ups x12
  • Jump Squats x12
  • Step Ups x12
