B. Strength

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

First 10: Box Squat 5×8

Second 10: Front Squat (3-2-0 Tempo) 5×2

C. Conditioning

4 Rounds

  • 15 Cal Ski
  • 18 Air Squats
  • 15 KBS
  • 12 Box Jumps

D. Accessory

Every 2 Minutes for 6 Minutes

Facedown on GHD

  • 20 Reverse DB Flys
  • 20 Windmills
  • 20 OH Press

E. Accessory

3 Rounds

  • 10 Ab Rollouts
  • 12 KB Box Stepups/side
