  • 20 Good Mornings
  • 20 OH Squat

B. Strength

Deadlift

C. Bench Press

5 Rounds

  • 5 Reps @ lightweight (rest 1 minute)
  • 5 Reps @ moderate weight (rest 1 minute)
  • 5 Reps @ heavier weight (rest 1 minute)

D. 5 Sets

  • Bent Over Row x5
  • One Arm Ring Row x5/side

E. Conditioning

15 Minute AMRAP

  • 10 Deadlifts (225)
  • 20 Wall Balls (20)
  • 200m Sand Bag Carry
