  • 150m Hard Row
  • 30 Double Unders

C. Power Clean EMOM:

First 3 minutes – 4 reps @ 55-60%
Rest 1 min
Next 3 minutes – 3 reps @ 65-70%
Rest 1 min
Next 3 minutes – 2 reps @ 75-80%
Rest 1 min
Final 3 minutes – 1 rep @ 85-90%

D. Power Snatch + Hang Snatch

1 Sets every 90 Seconds for 7 Sets

E. Yoke Carry 4x50m
