400m Run, 90 Seconds Rest

300m Run, 75 Seconds Rest

200m Run, 45 Seconds Rest

100m Run, 4 Minutes Rest

C. Conditioning

4 Rounds, rest 3 minutes, 3 rounds, rest 2 minutes, 2 rounds, rest 1 minute, 1 round

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 8 Inverted Rows
  • 6 Burpees
