  • 10 OH Squats with Empty Barbell
  • 10 Bodyweight Lunges
  • 10 HiP Band Lateral

B. DB Bulgarian Split Squat

  • Clear the Rack (30’s, 40’s, 50’s….100’s)
  • 5 Reps per leg

C. Mixed Modal Conditioning

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

  • Deadlift (275)
  • 10 Cal Ski Erg after each round

D. 3 Rounds

• 20 sec Flutter Kicks
• 20 sec Rest
• 20 sec Plank on Elbows
• 20 sec Rest
• 20 sec Hollow Rocks
• 20 sec Rest

E. Tabata

  • Push-Ups
  • Band Pull-Aparts
