Scap Press – Up Into Downward Dog – 2×3


Complex 2

Push Up OR Physio Ball Push Up – 3×10

Seated Row OR 2 Arm D.B. Bent Over Row – 3×10


Complex 3

D.B. Neutral Bench Press – 3×8

Neutral Lat Pulldown OR Pull Up – 3×8 (or fail)


Complex 4

Standing Pulldown – 3×10

Lying Leg Raises – 2×12

MB Prone Stabilizer (Feet on MB) – 2×60 sec.
