  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Walking Lunges

A. Bench Press 6-4-2 + 2 Sets of 3 Reps @ 4-rep weight

B. Bent Over Row 4×6

C1. One Arm Row 3×10

C2. DB Seated Clean

D. EMOM 10 Mins (Alternating)

15 Double Unders + 8 Dips

15 Double Unders + 3 Speed Deadlifts

E. 10 Min AMRAP

  • 60 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 20 Burpees
