4×4 (70%) – Keiser Squats

Superset 2

3×5 – Racked KB Step Ups

3×4 – 1 Leg Lat. Box Jump Cont.

3×6 – DB RDL

Superset 3

3×8 – Lat. Band Walks

3×5 – Skaters

3×30 sec. – Side Bridge w/ Leg Raises

Stretching

2×10 – Toe Touch to Reach

2x10sec. – Standing Hip Stretch

2×3 – Lunge Stretch w/ Arm OH Rot.
