Small Hurdle into Box Jump – 3×4

Valslide Hamstring Routine – 3×10

Superset 2

1 up/1 down KB walking Lunge – 3×8

Kettle Bell Swing – 3×8

Physio Ball Squeeze – 3×8

Superset 3 

Turkish Get Up – 3×2

Suitcase Walks (heavy) – 3×20 yards

1 leg Hip Extension Hold – 3×30 sec.

Stretches

Warrior – 2×30 sec.

Power Plate Piriformis Stretch – 2×30 sec.

Wall Glute Stretch – 2×30 sec.
