Lower Body Accessory

  1. Single Leg Barbell RDL’s 4×8/each
  2. DB Split Squat Front Foot Elevated 3×8/each
  3. Elbow Plank 3x60seconds
  4. Banded Leg Curls 100 Reps each leg

Conditioning

30 Burpee + Wall Balls
