3×10 – PB Cable Rotation

3×5 – 1,1,2 V-Ups

3×10 – PB Churn the Pot

3×60 seconds – Jump Rope

3×10 – Side to side med ball rope slams on wall

 

Hitting – Tee, Front Toss, Machine
