2a) DB RDLs: 3 x 8-10. Rest 45s.

2b) Rolling DB Tricep Extensions: 3 x 10-12. Rest 45s.

3a) Ab Wheel: 3 x 10. Rest 30s.

3b) Banded Pull-apart: 3 x 25. Rest 30s.
