Warm up: 15 minutes of basketball 

Mobility/Flexibility:

Gun Show: 

DB Bench: 5 x 10

Incline DB Bench: 3 x 12

TRX Shoulder Fly: 3 x 8

Kettlebell Shoulder Press: 3 x 8

Kettlebell Side Raise: 3 x 10

Slam Ball Crunch: 3 x 10

High Plank Knee to Elbow: 2 x 10

Mobility/Flexibility:

  • Child pose
  • Cat Back
  • Laying Knee to Chest
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Foam Roll as Needed
