9 – Shoulder Strengthening/Arm Care

10 – Warmup On Field

10:20 – 40-50 throws at 60 ft.

10:45 – Speed/Conditioning

8 reps

20-yard suicide into a 40-yard sprint

11:10 – Lift

Warm-Up

3×6 sec. – Six Pack Holds

3×6 – (Keiser) Int./Ext. Rotation

3×10 – Floor Angels on 1/2 Foam Roll

Strength 1

3×10 – Cable Chest Press

3×10 – 1 Arm Bent Over DB Row

Strength 2

3×12 – DB Punches w 1/2 Foam Roll

3×60 sec. – Bridge

3×12 – Standing 1 Arm Pull Down

Strength 3

3×8 – DB Shrugs

3×8 – (Keiser) Y Pulls

3×8 – (Keiser) X Pulls

Low Back Routine (On Physio)

2×10 – Opposite Arm/Leg Raise

2×10 – Same Arm/Leg Raise

2×10 – Rev. Hyperextensions

12 – Arm Care
