  • Turkish Getup x2/Side
  • Ab Rollouts x10

Strength 

DB Incline Bench Press 5×5

+

Plyo Push-Up 5×8

Accessory

1.) Barbell Bent Over Row 5×10 (Increase weight each set)

2.) Close Grip Bench Press – Work up to a heavy set of 5

3a.) Close Grip Chin-Ups 3×10

3b.) Bar Dips 3×12-15

4.) Plank Banded Row 4×10/Side
