8 reps – Backpedal 10 yds. into 30 yds. sprint

2×8 sec. – Lat. Dowel Hop

Superset 1

4 x 8,8,6,6 – Barbell Squats

4×5 – Box Jump

4×8 – Physio Ball Leg Curls

Superset 2

3×8 – Step Ups (Vest)

3×6 – Glute Ham Raises

Superset 3

3×8 – Reverse Lunge on Slide Board (Vest)

3×4 – Skater

3×30 sec. – Static Hold on (Keiser) Leg Press

Stretches

Warrior

Physio Ball Hamstring Stretch

Glute Stretch on Wall
