Conditioning 

6, 60 yards build-up sprints

Warm Up

2×6 – Six Pack (Physio Ball)

2×30 sec. – Planks on Power Plate

2×10 – Wall Angels

Superset 1

3×10 – DB Bench Press

3×10 – Dual Handle Lat Pulldown

Superset 2

3×10 – DB Front Raise

DB Lat Raise

3×10 – Bent Over Lat. Raise w/Cable

Superset 3

3×10 – Hamer Biceps Curl

3×10 – Overhead Cable Extension

Corrective Stretching

2×5 – Lying Y Straight Leg Side 2 Side

2×3 – Plank opposite Arm/Leg Hold

2×5 – Prone T – SPine Rotation
