3×10 – Lateral Dowel Hop

Strength

Superset 1

4×8,8,6,6 –  Safety Squats

4×8 – Box Jumps

Superset 2

4×8 – Physio Ball Leg Curls

4×8 – Step-ups with vest

4×6 – Glute Ham Raise

Superset 3

4×8 – Rev. Lunge on slide board

4×5 – Skater

4×30 sec. – Static Hold on K leg press

Corective Stretching

Warrior

Hamstring stretch on physio ball

Glute Stretch on wall
