4×6 – 1 Leg Airex Tap Drill

4x60sec. – Physio Ball Knee Balance w/ wall

Superset 3

4×8 – Box Step off on Bosu

4×8 – Banded A Skips

Corrective Stretching

minor peck stretch against the wall

Knee Hugs/Hip stretch
