Conditioning 

Hurdles

V Drill – Cones 5 yards apart – sprint, backpedal, sprint, backpedal

Strength

2×10 – Cable SL Squat to follow-thru

3×6 – Barbell Squat

3×12 – Leg Extension on Ball

3×12 – Leg Curl On Ball

3×10 – RDL to Calf Raise

Superset 

3×10 – Lateral Band Walks

3×10 – Hip Adduction with Ball
