Treadmill Sprint – Work up to 14-16 m.p.h.

Strength

2×12 – Cable Squat to rear-delt-fly

4×6 – Barbell Squat

3×6 – Split Squat Jumps

4×6 – Barbell Reverse Lunge

Superset 

3×8 – Machine Leg Extension

3×8 – Machine Leg Curl

3×10 – Calf Raise
