This is a great dish that usually gives me about 4-5 meals. It’s healthy, tasty, and cheap, which is exactly what I want when meal prepping. Can eat hot or cold.
Steps and Ingredients
Ground Turkey cooked stovetop in Coconut Oil
- Seasoned with Turmeric, Chili powder, and a touch of salt
Rice – I use white rice but it works with any kind
Veggies – Can choose any but here are my preferences.
- Broccoli, Corn, Peppers, Tomatoes
- Spinach, lots of spinach
- Topped with some avocado
I usually dress it with some Balsamic and hot sauce
