Beer Review – Dragonmead’s Final Absolution Trippel

The Final Absolution Belgian Style Trippel has been my go-to over the last couple of months.  It has a comparatively high ABV at 10% but isn’t overpowering at all.  Its fruity taste and aroma make it easy to drink with big meals and doesn’t over-inflate the stomach, which I usually have a problem with heavier beers.

Final Absolution is smooth, balanced, and not very hoppy.  Even though it’s very sweet you don’t get the sugary aftertaste that you do with some fruity beers.  Overall, great mixup from your normal beer and goes great with meals.  Having a couple is a must.

Final Absolution

Final Absolution is brewed in Michigan and I usually Drink at HopCat, Ann Arbor.
