Conditioning

Agility Sprints – Forward/Shuffle Back – 10 yards

Strength 

2×15 – DB Squat/DB lift

3×10 – Barbell Squat

3×4 – 3 Way Lunge – Forward/Side/Backward

Superset 1 (Legs)

3×10 – Leg Extension on Ball (1 leg)

3×10 – Leg Curl on Ball (1 leg)

3×10 – Calf Raise

Superset 2 (Core)

2×10 – Standing Cable Twist

2×10 – Supine Med Ball Overhead Throw

2×30 – Russian Twist w/weight

Superset 3

2×15 – Hyperextension

2×15 – Lying Prone Opposite Arm/Leg Raises

2×15 – Reverse Hyperextension

Stretch
