Barbell warm-up

 

4 Rounds 

  1. Deadlift(5), Power clean(5), Front Squat(5)
  2. Med ball lunge & twist (10)
  3. Band Ab push out (6ea)
  • 1 minute rest between rounds and increase barbell weight with rounds

 

Hammer curls 3×20

Band pull across 3×10

 

Sauna 15 min
