Push jerk 5×4

 

hang pull/ to clean 3/1 (4×2)

box jump 4×6

band pull apart 4×10

 

DB front/lateral raise 3×10 ea

Woodchopper band abs 3×10 ea

Vertical band raise (engage the core) 3×10

 

Sauna 15 min
