Complete all Squat Cleans prior to 5 sets of 5 Romanian Deadlift. WOD

3 Rounds:
10 Pull-Ups
10 Back Squats (185)
10 Burpees

Accessory

5 sets “Run the Rack” Seated Bicep Curls – Max Tricep Push-ups immediately after each set.

To “Run the Rack” pick 5 sets of dumbbells, e.g.: 50’s, 45’s, 40’s, 35’s, 30s. Complete as many bicep curls as possible at each weight. When you set the weight down, complete as many triceps push-ups as possible and jump right into the next (lower) weight on the curls.
