Leg Curl On Ball (1 OR 2 leg) – 2×10

Strength

1 Leg Med Ball Side Toss (partner)

OR

Cable Rotation w/ Physio Ball (slow return) – 2×6

superset w/

Rev. Hypers on Physio OR Glute/Ham – 2×10
