10 Strict Pull Ups

2. Conditioning
For Time:

  • 400m Med Ball Run (30lbs)
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 200m Farmers Carry (53lbs. KB)
  • 30 KBS
  • 100m Plate Carry (45lbs.)
  • 30 OH Lunges

3. Lift
Find 1RM Clean Complex
Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

4. Interval
