2. Conditioning

1 Round of DB DT (50’s)
15 Burpees

3. Strength
Push Jerk 6×2
Perfect reps only
Double can be successfully done between 60 and 95%

4. Gymnastics
Every 3 Minutes for 12 Minutes
24 Heavy DB Snatch

5. Accessory
Strict Press Power Cycle
Week 3 Day 4

  • DB Bench Press 4×15
