21 Front Squats 115/75lbs
7 Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups

3. Lift
High Catch Power Snatch 5×3

4. Gymnastics
3 Rounds:
100 Double Unders
25 Toes to Bar
Rest :90

5. Accessory
Upper Body Stability Accessory Plan Week 3 Day 3

  • 100 Push-Ups for Time (Keep Rest and Sets Equal)
  • 100 Strict Pull-Ups
