2. Conditioning
8 Rounds:
Row 500m
Rest:90

3. Strength
Squat Snatch 5×3
Perfect reps only
Triples can be successfully done between 60 and 90%.

4. Gymnastics

3 Max Sets of Strict Ring Dips.

5. Accessory
Strict Press Power Cycle Week 2 Day 1

  • Barbell Bench Press 4×12
