  2. 2 Minutes Rest
  3. 6 Rounds
    1. 45 Seconds on/30 Seconds Rest (15% Incline and 6.3MPH)

  • 6 Pull-Ups
  • 9 Feet Elevated Push-Ups
  • 12 Jumping Lunges
